Are you able to enter condo without having to walk up stairs at your new (2016) waterfront condo) - my husband gets around using a walker and a lot of stairs could be difficult.
Asked On 09/18/2016 Answered on 09/29/2016
There will be an elevator installed for the 2017 season, so guests with mobility issues will find that useful. There are about 8 steps to get up to the first level condos otherwise, and another 2 flights of stairs to get up to the second level condos.
We are interested in staying one night. July 4th. Do you rent one night at a time? We are getting married that day.

All of our home and condo rentals are a two-night minimum with no Saturday arrivals or departures.
We are interested in booking a Monday through Friday vacation. My parents will be coming by boat the same weekend. They will be staying on their boat, but are they allowed to come visit here? I am thinking it would be nice to have them for dinner one night or by the pool one of the days so they can spend time with their grandkids.
Asked On 01/29/2017 Answered on 02/08/2017
All of our vacation rental homes and condos are regulated by the State of Ohio for maximum occupancy in regards to guests actually staying in the unit. However, you are more than welcome to have extra family visit during the daytime and enjoy a meal or family time!

If you cancel 90 days or more in advance there is a $50 cancellation fee, 45-90 days is a $100 cancellation fee, and less than 45 days you would forfeit your deposit and all monies paid unless the unit can be re-rented on such short notice. Just booked a room in August at the Waterfront Condos. How far is this located from the main street bars/activities? Will we need to rent a golf cart? Or are the bars/restaurants within easy walking distance?
Asked On 05/31/2018 Answered on 06/04/2018
If you haven't been to the island before, Put-in-Bay is only about 1 mile by 2 miles long, so everything is within easy walking or golf cart distance. All Put in Bay Condos are located behind the airport on the water, halfway between the Miller Ferry and the Downtown. Half the fun of staying at the Condos is meeting everyone in the condos around you and sharing a great $3 Island Club Taxi experience to and from downtown. Maps can always be viewed on our Property Maps page at https://www.islandclub.com/property-maps online. Thanks!
I understand the animal free environment. However, I have a social service cat accompamy me every where I go. I'm highly interested in visiting the area but I want to be sure your company doesn't discriminate against the social animals also. Free range animals I understand. Please respond promptly. I'd like to reserve as soon as possible.

The brand new Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condos are a pet-free environment. We love our pets as much as you do! While dogs are allowed in some of the Island Club Houses midweek, please call us for the specific units. On weekends, unfortunately, the Island Club is NOT pet friendly due to safety and security concerns for the pet. Check with your local vet for boarding options.
Also, the brand new Put-in-Bay Condos are completely pet-free at all times. Of course, we do follow ADA-compliance in regard to certified service animals for disability, but unfortunately pets and support animals can not be accommodated. Thanks!
Do you rent electric golf carts?
Asked On 02/16/2019 Answered on 03/18/2019
No! All of our golf cart rentals are gas-powered so they do not slow down as the day goes on. You will be going just as fast at 4pm when you get the cart as you will at midnight if you go out, and even a day or two later if you rent for multiple days!
