"Overall we were very pleased with our stay. But we would recommend a few changes. The lighting in two of the bedrooms was inadequate. Dish towels and dish cloths should be provide in the kitchen. Also baking pans are needed in the kitchen. Access to paper towels and toilet paper should be provided. Cleaning of the unit needs to be better. "

My son had a lot of fun fishing off the pier and exploring the shoreline. We had a few questions and when we called the # provided, they were very responsive. Great place to stay!"

"Lovely, clean property. Fantastic view!! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pool was great with plenty of loungers. Quite a distance from downtown but also meant that it was quiet. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart. Bring food/snacks with you as there isn't a store close by. "

The condo overlooked Lake Erie from two of the three balconies and although we were only an hour from home, it felt like we were on a beach vacation. "It was absolutely beautiful. This was the 3rd time I’ve stayed here and I will never stay anywhere else! Beautiful views and friendly staff. The only problem we had was the elevator was broken the entire weekend which made it very difficult to move our belongings in and out. "

"Only thing I did not like is the $3.00 'processing fee' for your refundable security deposit. There's already a "Service fee", on top of the rental space, tax, security deposit.
$3.00 isn't much, it's the principle."

"First the view of the lake is breathtaking and great to wake up to in the morning. Rooms were big and comfortable beds. Seemed newer or recently remodeled. Size was more than adequate for 7 ppl could fit more if coupled. Great for large groups. Pool was nice, wish it was on the lake side but totally fine. I would recommend and will be back. "

"Everything was just perfect. Beautiful view from the 2 lake front decks. It was amazing to sit out and watch the sun rising!! The place was nice and clean.
The pool area was great too! Our golf cart was delivered in a timely manor.
The only thing we had trouble with was the oven bakes very hot so be careful of what you put into it.

"This place was awesome!! We stayed here for a guys trip in the beginning of August and we 100% would stay there again! The view was amazing and the condo pool was crackin every day! The place was clean and comfortable. It fit all of us comfortably and had plenty of room for all of the activities but also room for personal conversations throughout the condo. Everyone that stayed in the adjoining rooms and condos were great neighbors as well. I have no complaints and only praise for the rental condo at PIB. I plan on staying at this place again for next years guys trip!"

"We know PIB can be a party town but we were looking for a peaceful relaxing midweek trip for the family. The PIB Condos did not disappoint! We had a clean, comfortable living space, beautiful view of the lake, a great kitchen and grills to cook our meals, and staff very responsive to our requests. We loved spending time in the heated pool and having a golf cart waiting for us. The location is perfect for a more quiet stay but still close enough to all the fun in town. Plan to return again soon. "

"We were so happy with the rental. We usually rent hotel rooms for our annual family vacation (usually 20+ family members). Due to Covid19, our rooms were canceled by the hotel and we had to look elsewhere. We found these condos and not only had a wonderful experience (the condo was exceptional) but we saved money! "This was my second time at these rentals. It is a great location and the units are clean and spacious. My bed was so comfortable! Bring bug spray, as they are everywhere as it is right on the lake. I loved how they delivered our golf cart right to us! There was some confusion with our room, although the management company offered a partial refund, so that was good. The biggest con is the odor outside the facility. There is a sewage odor that can be overwhelming at times. It did rain, so maybe that had something to do with it, but that really needs to be addressed."

"We had 6 of us staying for the weekend and this was the perfect place for us. There was plenty of room and we absolutely loved the view and the large balcony. It was clean and comfy. We also called maintenance for help with the ice maker in the freezer and he was kind enough to bring us a complementary bag of ice while the ice maker was starting up. Convenient quick drive or nice 20-25 minute walk to downtown. Really close to the ferry. Before we left for the weekend we were already talking about wanting to come stay at the condos again! "

"We came for our first trip to Put-In-Bay and stayed in condo 209. Well-appointed and excellent deck with the best view around. Only problem is we couldn't hear ourselves talk due to the partiers on the left and down below. Little disappointed in the lack of complementary necessities. Only 2 wine classes, no sugar or coffee items and tissues in case you forget. Great staff, pool looked nice but we did not use. Overall, very nice place to rent."

"Spacious place with enough space for everyone. We dodnt stay in it much since we were out all night. Balconies were nice. Liked that we had a private Landry room. Only thing I would if liked is if the couch in the living room was a pull out couch, would of made sleeping arrangements better."

"Our experience eneded up being great! It had a rocky start with many changes but ultimately ended up ok. When I booked the condo I requested a 4 bedroom. We ended up with a 3 bedroom which we made it work. The condo was clean and tidy. Cute beachy theme! The lake view was the best! The deck really added to our living space! "

The only thing we had problems with was spiders not sure what can be done with that everything else was wonderful. Having the golf cart on sight is nice to have too. It would be nice to have a few things to do around the condo like cornhole games maybe a small fire pit to sit around at night? We visited the restaurants (Keys, Hooligans, Boathouse Bar and Grill, Cameo Pizza) all very good. Couple of bars Margaritas on the Rocks, Biergarten at Boathouse,Put in Bay Winery ,Goat Soup & Whiskey. Did a few activities Perry’s cave played putt putt golf and the best was Perry’s Victory Peace Memorial. Had a blast making memories ❣️"

"Condo 209 is a welcoming , clean and beautiful space. The six of us had plenty of room. The kitchen included all the promised amenities where we enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast. The weather was beautiful which allowed us to enjoy the heated pool on-premise. We were able to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers game while enjoying views of Lake Erie. This location was ideal to Millers ferry ,Mother of Sorrows church , the historical sights and all the shops, bars and restaurants. "

Away from the hustle and bustle so it is quiet, but also close by everything. "My party of six really enjoyed the condo. We had great views of the lake and the full moon made it even better! We had a very comfortable bed and the patio furniture was exceptional quality! The condo was clean and the AC was perfectly cool. We had everything that we needed in this condo for three couples. The pool could have used some more cleaning. We were too afraid to get into the pool because it wasn't 100% clear. I think it needed treated. The staff was great! Checking in and out was great! And it's perfectly located to the Miller Ferry."

"This condo was such a perfect find, it had a gorgeous view of the lake that truly looked like the ocean (especially in the morning!) The double balcony was so nice, and the entire space was very comfortable and clean. The washer and dryer were easy to figure out, and the poolhouse staff were very kind and helpful with recommendations for food and birdwatching spots! It was extremely convenient to be able to rent the golf cart for our entire stay through here as well, but the condo itself is located just down the road from plenty of golf cart and bike rentals, so I had no worries about finding something. It was so easy to get to from the ferry, and being by the airport made it very easy to navigate to and from any point of the island. We'd love to stay here again in the future! Full stars from us!"

"Very clean and well organized. We had 6 little grandchildren between 2 units. Room 109 and 209 gave everyone plenty of room. The pool was a big hit. We accidentally broke a coffee pot. Not only did they not charge us, it was replaced within a couple hours. I would recommend this place."
